    Not even a chuckle?

    Jester,
I am taking you off my list of good people on this site.
I don't mind that you didn't laugh at my posts, but anyone who says things like

" He lost his moral authority"
    and
" I don't believe there are any calling cards for any kind of joke in his original posts"

    is a twit.

I'm going to show all of these posts to my friends ( Some of whom are professional jugglers) and they can tell me if I'm funny or not.

Right now though I have a challenge for any of you readers like Eric, Martin and Jester who feel so superior to me. How about a bet?
I'll put up $250.00. We'll start a pot. Who ever has the best creative accomplishment in the next 6 months gets the money.

I'm talking about books, movies, plays, ect. Not posts on performers.net. let's see who's willing to put their money where there mouth is. Or are you all too scared to rise to the challenge.

We can let Jim be the judge, and he can hold the money.

So if feel you can do anything of any kind of quality in the real world now is your chance to prove it.

So let's see who can land a part on a sitcom, publish a book, write a screenplay, ect. Maybe beating me will give you the incentive to get off your flabby creative asses and take a swing at the real prize.
    Dan

    Put up or shut up.

O.K. Dan, that one was funny.

But, for the first time here, I actually am hurt by your implication of laziness. The only reason I've been posting lately is because I have been working for two and a half weeks solid (with very little sleep) on my new website. So, please, while I mend my wounded ego, just remember me, not for long... Just those few precious moments that i takes to LOOK AT THE !@#?ING THING!!

          I'm in.

I like the idea of this competition. I am not into gambling, but we could have a lower entry price, and a non-cash prize could be awarded. I'll start another thread for contest rules.

The loser must crawl on hands and knees, through 50yards of bat guano, lighter fluid, and cancelled checks, to kneel and beg forgiveness only to be slapped across the face with a leg of lamb, and a slice of key lime pie.

Sorry, since those ideas were posted here, we can not use them. Rules make things fun!

                Website

                Dr eric,
Great website! I was looking forward to seeing the video. When will it be up?
I do have a couple of comments.
Maybe there could be a show section that explains your act more, I really didn't get a great sense of what exactly it is you do. Also this is just me personally talking, but all the gun stuff puts me off a bit, do you think it might frighten prospective clients?

                Scot,
Since you like the contest idea, go ahead and run with it. There doesn't have to be any money involved, just something motivational. Perhaps a good thread to start might be one called goals. We all could list a couple of accomplishments we want to make in the next 6 months, and report in ocassionally on our progress.

Okay enough rational thought for one post,
                Dan

                  graphics! grammer!

                  Eric-

                  Since you asked...

I was impressed with the graphics which loaded surprisingly quickly even with dial-up.

I stumbled over the spelling of "impossibolologist," and spent time trying to come up with the "correct" spelling (which, by the way, is "impossibleologist", but I also get worked up about Krispy Kreme and Kool-Ade). I love that concept, and the word.

                  Bio:

Because of the awkwardness of the comma, I'd suggest reworking the first sentence to read, "Eric Cash is a man obsessed with making possible the impossible." Does away with that clumsy comma completely.

Please insert a comma in "mental power Eric never fails"
and remove them from "twists, and turns"
                  and "commercial break, and"

                  (Remedial comma class recommended)

Please change sound affects to sound effects. You affect an accent to create a certain effect.

                  Photos:

I'd love to see shots of you in action, though the publicity headshots are very nice. Compliments to your photographer.

                  Thanks for sharing!

If you couldn't tell, since I'm such a stickler about, spelling and grammar, I didn't write the bio, I'm rewriting the bio, other people mentioned the same thing as dan, hopefully, that they don't know what I do. Hopefully, I can fix that.

Thanks for the comments, by the way, I spell it "Impossiblologist," Scot thought that spelling would be more intuitive, maybe I'll try your spelling Cybele.

Thanks, guys. I'll see what I can do about the stuff you mentioned. I still haven't figured out what to do about the fact that my favorite act involves a 9mm, but guns in photos freak some people out.

Oh, and the "goals" thing is way too 12-step meeting for me. I say we keep it aggressive and confrontational, or I might lose interest.
