Mr Rumpel Stiltskin here in Madrid sending greetings!Hope all is well!Gorblimey!I think i might have to do another kind of show....as this Rumpelstiltskin business is just not paying off!It's a frigggggggin' marathon effort just to get to the pitch.....at times.Can't believe i've been doing it for all these years in the most impossible way possible!Completely impractical.....utterly illogical......to the point i just.....can't be bothered to do the street for too much longer!It's unbelievable.....to get all my frigggggin' stuff to & fro....from A-to-B......it's absolutely ridiculous......& i just can't be arsed to do it forever.........so i think i'll have to ditch the Rumpelstiltskin.....thing......as my costume weighs about 5 kgms.....& is too friggggggin' much effort......with all the other crap.I think something quicker to get ready.....& a light show.......would be much more efficient.......& besides......wearing a costume.....doesn't make anymore difference for the street financially anyway!Frig it........an indoor show.....would perhaps be more appropriate for a weasely jester.......as i don't want to spend my whole life on the street anyway!You've got to move on.......& who the heck wants to burn out in the public domain anyway¿
It's a marathon & a half....to get all my frigggggggin stuff on the Metro(subway....underground).You go down an escalator......& around the corner......and then through a hall-way......& then there are friggggggin' stacks of steps......& then you walk more....& then there are more fucken steps......& then you get squeezed in the train door.......& nearly have a hreart-attack......& then it's so unbearably crowded on the train anyway.....& then you get out.....& get greeted by 1000's of more steps....to carry all that frigggggin' fucken stuff.......until ya nearly collapse!Is it all worth it......just to be laughed at......for no money at all!I think......i must have a few roo's loose in the top paddock!Oh.....well.....i'll have to come up with a new gig.....because.....i'm certainly not doing it this way for too much longer!Frig it.......some 1st class treatment.....would be much more relaxing.......than forever roughing it....in this evergrowing urban jungle.........on going rat-race labyrinth!

Crikes!I hit my brain over the wall in Spain.Did a show last night hit my rubbber brain....with my guitar for a 7!I lobbed it up...& onto the roof......of some restuarant.Bit of a drag....as it....will be 2 days.....including yesterday...until i can get it back.Will get it sometime tomorrow.....when the owner let's me up on the roof! <img src="graemlins/jester.gif" border="0" alt="[jester]" />

Gorblimey!I'm all over the shop!I carry more things on me than i can possibly do in a 1 hour street show anyway.How can i get orgnaised¿I just take my squeaky octopus....& squeaky grape-fruit.....& umpteen...other.....bits & pieces....that i never get around to using!IT would be far more less complicated to just have 5-10 props...to use in a show...but.....i have about 200 or more.....plus another squeaky crab(oops that got nicked)....& a jumping frog....& whatever else!There's only time enough....to do the full show.....when there is about 24 hours to spare!
You've got to have a quick to get ready....show that you can just keep cranking out....one after the other!
I guess keeping it simple....is more easy to digest for everyone to understand!Arrghhhh frig it!!!
NO wonder these one-line lyric songs are so successful.....on such a grand scale!!!

Golly Gosh!I'm the King Of Small Hats....without a doubt!I was just at a small festival.....in an outer suburb of Madrid......& i did an 85 cent(Euro)hat!Only one person from the whole crowd came over & paid & it was an old lady!I did a 20 minute show......but didn't really hat it properly anyway......as i had a weather-beaten box....& the hat i usually hat my show with.....was on my head(a King's hat)......as i accidently left my jester's hat.....back at the hotel!Gosh!I think the King hat put me in a strange frame of mind....& i was a bit knackered aswell....& wasn't so into it!Only figured my jester's hat was missing.......when i went to put it on!
Gorblimey!85 Euro cents!Can you believe that?I paid 4.78 Euro's for a one litre bottle of parrafin for my show......& that means i'd have to do 5 more shows......at that rate to break even for a bottle of parrafin!Crikey!I can't believe carrying all my tat about......up & down....down...& up....up & down....up & down....around the corner....through the hall.....around another corner....down the stairs.....& up again......& onto the train.....everso crowded.....& then out......& through the hall....around the bend....up some stairs....down again.....& up.....& then have to squeeze through the exit......& then.......this is only the beginning.........all for 85 Euro cents!Crikes!Even a begger could make that in 5 minutes or less.....with no talent whatsoever!I truely have come to a fool conclusion that i must have a few screws looOSe!Oh well!Bugger it.......i'm hanging up me frigggggggin' pixie shoes.....because it's an impossible gig.....of extra hard yakka......& i just can't be arsed to appeal to the masses anymore...........as i can't seem to obey the logic......of compromising to the formula at all!Perhaps people feel more comfortable if they are familiar with the formula......as then they feel more intelligent....or something?I don't know.......i'm a friggggggggggggggggin' pixie born again & again loser.......so i may aswell completely get GooooOOOOSed once & for all!

It was funny to get my rubber brain back....a few days after i hit it for a 7........with my guitar!It went onto a roof......& i got it back just earlier this morning(well yesterday now)!A waiter from the restaurant......let me get up on the roof.....via a medical practice....entrance...next door.....but was worried about me climbing all over the rickety tiles.I tip-toed from tile to tile....& eventually found my brain hiding under a gutter pipe....in a far corner.......where there was also.....a few little soccer balls,tennis balls...&.a golf ball.Crikey!THat brain cost me 9 Euro's.......so i wasn't about to lose it......after doing an 85 Euro cent show(No way)!
It was even funnier......a bit later on.....as i walked into a small odd shop selling toys & Halloweeny stuff.....& saw a brain that i fancied...& the little old chap behind the counter.....just gave it to me....when i was trying to ask how much it was!How generous by golly gosh!It was perhaps worth 10 Euro's at least!The best rubber brain....i have ever had.....looks funny!Perhaps he saw my King hat show.....& thought........"What a dood"!

I mean.......85 cents!For crying out loud..........that's punishment!I put my makeup om.....glued my nose on....put feathers in my goatee & eyebrows.....put my whole cozzie on....except jester's hat.Wheeled all my tat to the pitch.Set everything up.....with radio mike & all.HAd a big lunch.Opened up my trunk......full of toys galore.....& jumped around for 20 minutes like a rooster with no brain.......& was awarded with a jack-pot of 85 Euro cents!Also the absurd effort to get a huge trunk...on trolley.....a guitar...in case...with lots of props....a fire-tricks bag...unicycle.....backpack & sleeping bag,......shoulder bag...& food bag...onto the bus......from BArcelona...........to MAdrid......with all those friggggggin' Metro(train) steps.....& all plus etc.....& all that......for an 85 Euro cent show!What would you do?
