USE IT WHILE IT WORKS
CL has a tendency to not like things like this and keep things on an individual community basis...but people like us looking for things wherever we may be or may be going can now search ALL of CL thru one page...or two if you are looking worldwide

There is something particularly revolting about a guy called "Juggalicious" creaming.
Yuck.
Back on topic:
Hey Jester, maybe one day you can make the list:

break dancing is my new hobbie.... that video made me cream myself... i know that a little immature to say.. but the truth is when it comes to something as natural and spine tingling as watching break dance moves I am left with no other possible response but to cream myself... if only the break dancers at faneuil hall were a little nicer about sharing space they could make me cream to.Leave a comment:

jason looks at things more specifically from his view.
I wasn't saying he's not funny. I was saying it seems you don't seem many standups.
Though you try to destroy this thread using discussion, here's a link for today: http://justincone.com/tween/2005reels/Leave a comment:

Hey, Juggalicious.
Yeah. I think there's a difference between a people's juggler and a juggler's juggler. (I happen to be a "people".)
Similarly, you wouldn't believe how often friends try to get me to watch "the making of" features on animated films, because they find it so impressive -- like, they never knew that you actually draw every frame, etc, etc, while to me it's just another day at work. those extra features were not made for me.
But I do try my best to not spoil it for them. They can't be expected to understand my craft, and to educate them against their will would only spoil the magic for them.
So, I guess it's all about the audience you're trying to reach.
I think I was a little hard on Garflied's complaints in my first comments, because I was looking at it purely from the people's view. He seemed to be looking at it purely from the jugglers'.
You make a good point. "Entertaining" and technically "impressive" aren't synonymous. But sometimes I'm impressed by how entertaining someone is.
Amy Saunders can dance around with a banana and hold an audience on the street for an hour. THAT'S impressive.
PS: Sorry for the constant animation alanolgies. It's all I've got to offer sometimes. You can usually tell what I'm doing in life by the analogies I'm making.Last edited by Rachel Peters; Mar-19-2006, 11:46 AM.Leave a comment:

so garfield said the most impressive thing about the bliss video was that he didn't drop. while garfields video was impressive it cut between shots like every 10 seconds.... so as impressive as garfield was with his routine how many times do you think he had to do everything untill he got the whole thing put together without dropping. i did enjoy the video but as cocky as garfield acts he needs to be able to do that routine without dropping one shot straight on to back up everything he's saying. while I agree that the audience liked it and people clapped they do need the background like garfield was saying to understand whats going on - i've recieved over 20 emails from different people telling me to check out this video because its really impressive.. its not. its entertaining yes - but not impressive. i think a routine somewhere in the middle of what bliss and garfield did would be more of what im looking for.Leave a comment:
