I would check the bottom area of your windscreen seal, it's a good chance the water is coming in there.
Are you sure it only happens when it rains? Some times you can get a leak in your heating tubes that can leak into the vehicle. Have you had the heater on prior to the leaks?

It's not a broken heater core, I've had that happen in my last car, twice. Coolant (antifreeze) leaks out, not water, (in modern cars).

Another possibility is that the gutters or tubes that pull water away from the botom of the windshield are cloged up. I talked to someone who had this problem in their car and the mechanic just blew them out.
