Ideas

I need help, magrat's a warm willing malleable piece of clay. She has energy, she has enthusiasm, and everything else she can learn later.
She wants to be the performers net British Youth Representitive.
Firstly like in any job interview I'd like to ask her what ideas she might have for what a performers.net British Youth representitive would be able to achieve, and then what she thinks she might need to aid her in whatever that might be.
It could be something as simple as raising the profile of performers. net throughout Britian by getting a t.shirt made and wearing it on holiday.
Or it could be something more ambitious. Does anyone else have any ideas. And please, lets keep it respectful.
