Maybe I'm not finished
Well its easier than having to use my fingers and hop. It just takes a click. and now I have the immense luxury of having friends filter for me and choose, what tit-bits I might find tasty.
Much like the jester free page, (which now for me is the whole site!)
It would appear to me that if you post here again jester then you lose now you've closed it.

Sorry, infantile flashback there, its the pressure you see, I've been under a lot of pressure lately. What with the WIFE and all. You had me interested there for a while when you mentioned your lack of stubble though.
Hey maybe you could start another thread, have you already? You could put me on your ignore list and we could spar through intermediaries, good luck sifting through the offers.
You know its not so much the winning that I'm enjoying, it's all the little people who helped me along the way. I'd like to thank Jim for providing this wonderful opportunity for me to share my spittle, I'd like to thank magrat for the behind the scenes work helping me with material, I'd like to thank Eric for postponing his suicide indefinitely just because I asked him to. Etienne...buddy, we knew all those years spent studying sociology would one day be the difference between survival and perishing, and here we are, unsmothered.
My parents of course, for giving me occasional protein and teaching me that momentum can be painful.
The prof, nick, scot, firegirl, butterfly.
Alice, who had no part in this but whose purity and pure positivism I reflected on in times of dire need.
All my friends and all the people who simply put up with me and all the people who are terrified I might take an interest in them.

etienne - good assist with the "who died and made you jim" comment - I haven't laughed that hard in at least 12 hours.

by the by... I heard of the "fuck" thing from a british uk history professor who was obsessed with my performing partner... he used to come to our show every day at king richards faire (in boston - 2000)... one day I dropped our prop trunk on my foot and screamed out "fuck." he picked up the trunk to carry backstage for me and proceeded to inform me of the etymology of the word...
given that he was a brit with a phd in brit history teaching somewhere I tend to think that his explanation of the word was pretty close to head on. given the predilection that the crown had for forcing people (in particular, women) to do things they didn't want to do.

magrat, dear... i believe that martin doesn't CARE if he's beaten jester or not.
think about it: jester's wheels whirring madly in the mud & martin standing just out of reach with tire chains... laughing... at jester.
the only one who cares about winning is jester. the rest of us just enjoy poking him with a sharp stick and watching him go off like a rocket...
it's just too... easy.
anyhow - it would seem you have more lofty issues to deal with now, magrat. what with recently being endowed with titles and such things.

:Edit: I used to oppose the Fox hunts, and at the end, when the hounds were ripping the fox to bits, there were always a few crazy people, normally middle aged posh women, who would not be satisfied.
They would fight their way through the hounds, and pick what was left of a ripped up fox and then shout and scream at it. The blood getting all over them (that's why they wear red).
That was undignified. You remind me of those women Firegirl.
