Wow, Ldr, you really do know the deepest secrets of our lives.
In fact so deep are they that even we didn't know them, but, as soon as I've thanked you here, we are all (Bev, the kids, Ulla and lot's of other people with misguided opinions of me) rushing off to a hypnotherapist to discover "The Truth".

LDR, you have got to be the most self-righteous, arrogant, little shit that I have ever heard. My partner wanted to see your act in Washington Square Park, and I have to admit, it was the first time I didn't want to go see someone perform. I've only met one or two people from this list so far, but everyone of them has been really nice. Even Etienne, with whom I've had my share of flame wars, was cool when I met him at the NYC Juggling convention.

I sometimes wonder if it's jealousy that drives you to insult BM, Peter, Martin and the other "old timers". Who knows....

while working a weding, one of the people said I should try street performing, I might get descoverd. no I did not hit her (she was cute) but we did start talking about street performing, and as it turns out she was from NY and had seen this guy coverd in tatoos riding a "25 FOOT!" uni! <img src="graemlins/haha.gif" border="0" alt="[ha ha]" /> she thought he was very funny. (not to smart, but cute) so yes I still want to see LDR's act.
I have seen realy good shows performed by ass holes
and I have seen realy bad shows performed buy nice people. the later bothers me more as I hate to say "your realy nice but your show sucks"
If he can pull a crowd in Washington sq. park, and a hat. he must have some thing. and I don't judge people, buy what kind of crap thay post.(well not mutch)

LDR, my only advice to you regarding Washington Square Park was who was performing there and to watch your back. The park has straightened itself out a bit, but it can still be a bit of a rough place. The only place I really told you not to go was Central Park because I've almost been arrested there and have seen the parks dept. security at work for the past three years. Sorry if I wanted to give you a heads up to keep yourself from being arrested and your props confiscated. I won't make that mistake again.

You yourself just said that people can look through your opinions adn find something out about you. Do you think this only applies to others? I'm afraid I don't have the jaded past that some of the folks here on Pnet have. I've lived a relatively boring suburban life, haven't done illegal drugs (yes, I use aspirin), and haven't had a decent fling in years. Sorry to disappoint you.

There are a good number of outstanding performers here on Pnet. I will admit I envy alot of them, I'd like to travel Europe and down under, but I have a regular job, a house and a son, and those have to take priority. Like I said earlier, I think you're jealous of them too, but for different reasons, obviously, and that's why you have to attack them so much.

You used to end your posts with TRUTH. The problem is it's your truth which is not THE TRUTH (there is no real truth, it's all subjective). Maybe you really need to face your own and not just the parts that you feel good about.
