And she said, "here's your receipt, you have a nice one."

I replied, "you have two nice ones."

If an artist can't aspire to a happy ending, how the hell is a politicain gonna work for one.

I made that up all by myself and now I am going to take the rest of the day off.

            THOUGHT O' DA DAY...

a friend asked me this morning if i was a "the glass is half empty" or "the glass is half full" kind of person.

my response: "f-that psychobabble... it looks like it's time to poor momma another drink!"

just proves you can take the gal outta da party, but you can't take da party outta da gal!
(sent to you from the wonderous midwest... ha, ha, ha.)

A revelation of sorts- nothing I hadn’t heard before, but yesterday chose itself as the day for insight to visit.

Overboard with the glycerin again, yesterday’s bubbles were luminous and phantasmogoric, all gleaming color and twisting shape in light playful breezes.

The contradictory, conflicted nature of the human animal can be summed up in this soundbite, one heard over and over again, the typical reaction to my giant bubbles:

"Oh, look how beautiful! Let's bust it!"

My friend Dave said this during a failing show last night...

If an entertainer performs for nobody, is he (or she) entertaining?

I don't know what riding a bike has to do with AWD sports cars, but Lance Armstrong has me sold on the Subaru WRX!
