Then your coming to Key West? That's kinda the build up for Fantasy Fest. I may do My "ultimate human jukebox'" in the parade. It's coming along a little faster now. Put wheels on it yesterday The skin is going on Monday, then stuff it with stuff and shows... maybe you might could do a show in it??????

yes, of course I could do it. I heard about Key west festival, second part of october; but I don't have the permit yet to perform in Key west, so I don't know if I can perform or not during that festival. The accomodations in Key west are very expensive, I was planing to come a few days in November to ask for the permit and then come back in december to get it. If you think I can perform any way during the party I'll come before.

You can work at Mallory, but due to construction there may or may not be a spot available. You can apply about the last day November and get your license on or about the first day of December. Fantasy Fest is Crazy! That'd be on the last Saturday of October.

OK, i'll try to find an accomodation for the last weekend of october, I hope I'll be able to do a few shows, at least to pay the expensives. And so I'll have a look to see how is the place.

The last week in October might be hard to find a room because of Fantasy Fest. 70,000 plus come for it. We have a youth hostel, there will be no cheep rooms for sure.Let me know if I can help. 305-923-9885. If you want to camp in you vehicle a few days I can help you with that also. Lot of people live here like that. the weather is very accommodating. I may or may not have room on my couch.

Do you have to apply/receive your performers permit in person?

thanks a lot for the help; sleeping in the car would be OK for me if I would be coming alone, but with my girlfriend coming with me it's gone be hard. So any help about where to sleep cheap for a few nights would be really welcome; no way to find cheap accomodations by internet....rrrrrr...hope I won't miss this big party....

I'd so nope. You might try Leo's camp ground on Stock Island or Boyd's camp ground .To put up a tent might be in the $70.00 range. Or you might go up the key's 20 miles or so to the K0A. $30.00 range. You sorta have to know how to live on the sly here!
