What's the alternative? Miami? Another Key? Venice Beach?
Key West, half shut down.

Clearwater man
the other posts i've made make key west sound like the locals don't want you
. not the case. shit is really tight. come on, but bring a shoe horn. look at some of the posts about clearwater though as well. don't pass it up thinking it's just another nowhere, those that do miss some great people (dallas, gene, nick, my ex-girlfriend who is now an adult entertainer
). the money isn't all that bad. the politics are almost nonexistent. best of all, right now, it is probably more lucrative than key west.

harps
Check out Wally Hill on face book. The absolute best harp player ever. He lives in Key West and plays with the Dave Arron band. He's a great guy to know and a good friend.

getting blasted
Yeah, if you do something cool or worthwhile someone is gonna bi@$h. None of the stuff they blasted me for was true. But if it's in the paper it must be fact.
Heard Cleo got in trouble last night. Hope all is well, she is a really sweet puppy. I really like working next to her even if it means I have to work next to you.Comment

Finally home!
How's it going down there? I just got back from the "world's Greatest County Fair" in Spencer, Iowa. Next month I'm in Shreveport, La for theState Fair.
However, the weekend before Shreveport I have a gig in Hollywood. Thought about coming down and chillin' for a few days.
No work, just chill. Who's all working?Comment
