Juggling fire is far different from fire-eating. Lit torches behave far different.
If you try this, be very aware that unlit torches will move in a different manner. If you want to learn fire eating, jjuggling is not the best way... I hope I understood your question correctly.

      my fire update

A retired animator friend is having a TGIGF BBQ soon ("Thank God it's Good Friday"). He's allowed me to perform my "act" there (mostly comic, ending with a teeny bit of fire eating). It'll be mostly collegues. They like me. ...it'll be a comfortable audience to test this out on. I'm far more afraid of the jokes bombing than the fire.
After that, I do it at a wedding in August. I'm a bride's maid. I'll have to tell them not to use hair spray on me, lest I explode. ...or implode?
I've come to realize that government building parking lots are not a good place to practice fire eating. They've really pumped up security at all federal buildings since 9/11.
Anyway -- just wanted to update what's come of my fire questions.
yayay. ...I'm starting to be not such a chicken! yay!

Well, maybe I WILL just keep telling myself that.
