How to build a Tightwire rig?

I'm looking to build an economical tight wire rig in my back yard. Can anyone point me to online instuctions/ advice.

Not sure you'll find much online.
If you've got 2 big trees you're in luck.
If not, you need 2 strong 'A' frames, some steel cable at least 20mm diameter(bigger will be more comfy on your foot), a 'come along' to tighten up the cable and probably about 4 second hand car axles to use as pegs in the ground.
You're then going to need all the little bits and pieces to hold it all together which you'll find at industrial rigging shops. May as well get some slings whilst you're there.
Search for a rigging supply place in your area and they should be able to sell you all you need except the 'a' frames and axles. axles can be got at the junk yard.
