Tony Campbell, aka Anthony Livingspace, but it has been a long time and I don't know how well he is travelling.
Last year I tried to catch up in Spain but, alas, he was not home and I think it might be a while before I get the chance to see him again. It was a long way to go just to see a friend and his street show. Some-how, despite the failure, the effort seemed worth it. I will try again.
Rumple also springs readily to mind.

Armenrah the mime, who lives in Wisconsin, is one of the very few performers who I will drop whatever I'm doing to watch.
I haven't seen him in few years, but he usually appears at Summerfest and other Wisconsin festivals. He's also a very nice guy, and is the only professional mime that I've actually had a conversation with.
Derek Hughes
saw him do a showcase at NACA last weekend and he was f'n awesome! Best comedy magician I've ever seen! Can hold his own against any stand up out there, magician or not. I won't have to bail on a gig to see him again because a school in Indianapolis booked me to open for him in Jan!
My first reply mentioned only Livingspace and Rumple (obvious really) but, if the truth is known, there are many performers that I've either never seen or haven't seen for years, that I would stop whatever I was doing to watch.
Among them are Lurk, Moth Head, Pieter Post, Young Raoul (retired), Steve Scot, Keeno, Lynam, Neil Thomas (always), Christoff, Jamieson Lawrence and I'd do almost anything to hear Karl Roth playing violin live again.
I'm old enough to remember Barry Humphries' street performances (and Dadaist art exhibitions), Marina Prior singing in the streets of Adelaide, the Swinging Sidewalks paralysing Melbourne Mall, "Clem" at Surfer's, Tim Tyler as Mr. Peepee, the Finn brothers playing Fitzroy side streets, the guy that used to play trombone in Victoria Square, ChCh, and the beautiful woman, whose name I shamefully forget, that sang Edith Piaf, among others, in the back streets of Lithgow.
I'm not even counting the dead guys (I hope) although I not sure "Clem" survived his hard-core rock-star lifestyle of drugs and alcohol. He was always highly-strung.
