I just saw the new movie "Ghost Rider" starring one of my favorite actors Nicolas Cage.

It's cheesy, hammy & downright dumb, and I loved it every minute of it. Cage is always interesting, and Eva Mendes is delicious eye candy. Peter Fonda plays the devil, and walks away with every scene he's in.

I'd like to hear about everyone's favorite "guilty pleasure" movies... flicks that you can't stop watching no matter how good or bad they are.

Here are a few others that I watch at least once a year:

"From Dusk til Dawn" - George Clooney, Quentin Tarantino, Harvey Keitel & a stripjoint full of vampires.

"Talk Radio" - Eric Bogosian meets Oliver Stone.

"Almost Famous" - Growing up with rockstars in the 70's.

the movie I've watched the most is prolly fight club

groundhog day is my favourite.

I was very let down by shakes the clown. it was boring. I could see why lots of loser clowns would like it.

Idiocracy's pretty good.

Rize isn't as good as I expected, but it's visually nice.

lucky # slevin is fun

wasn't very into either magician movie (illusionist / prestige) I figured them both out in the middle and it was all about mystery.

just watched chasing amy a few nights ago. it sucks. Can't stand the wordy "wit" of kevin smith's writing. The story is good, but the characters break with that ultra human talk.

good night and good luck, I like clooney's directing -- get confessions of a dangerous mind and the editing was good

fargo's stupid and pointless. I guess I was supposed to laugh at the accents.

man bites dog is good. it's shot like a documentary about a guy who kills people the cameras follow him around and watch him kill people and stuff.

goodbye lenin's pretty good

look both ways is really great. it's about life being sad or something like that.

I laughed the most at windy city heat, but I felt really bad about it. it's a movie about playing a giant joke on one guy for real. it has good goldthwait in it.

District B13 is a french film mostly about parkour - the jumping from building to building sport. It's fun, and good and the story's not too bad.

I think themroc would convert really well into a Cirque du Soliel show. It would be their darkest most credible work ever.

I have the Ed Wood Boxed Set.
I highly recommend watching "Ed Wood", by Tim Burton, followed by the actual work (if it can be called that) of Ed Wood.

Even though I've got about 5 or 6 of his "films", I've only watched 2. I'm afraid to watch too many, lest I begin to think that's what film is supposed to look like.

"No matter what time of day it is when you watch an Ed Wood movie, it always feels like 3 in the morning."
