There's nothin' like being a pastor's kid, at Christmas time.
For some reason church people seem to think that the pastor's family can't cook for themselves. ...sadly, it's true. We can't. This is the only time of year we eat well.
I've never seen so many different kinds of loaves on one table in my life!
The fruit content of these loaves alone will surely make up for the rest of the year's vitamin deficiencies!

My mom invited over every one in the west side of Toronto who had nowhere to go on Christmas, and that helped move some of the goods. She even made everyone doggy bags, to make SURE they didn't leave any food here.

Good times.

I think some of them brought extra loaves, though. ...unless they've just started reproducing. That would explain the little nut & fruit loaf sitting between the nut loaf an the fruit loaf.
