I haven’t been on the net in a few days so I've not been able to reply. I think Jesus and someone else had something to say about my statement. Anyway, my point was people were entertained. They were. Your attempts to try an dodge a point proven by comparing such a small scale event event such as this to nine eleven makes you look like a couple of 6 year olds who jumped into the deep end and don't know how to swim. Please don't be children.
But if you insist hang onto this. It’s a life jacket-> B=====D
Oh, and from what I understand they've made a movie and a tv movie about the whole nine eleven thing. They also made one about Titanic. Also, quite a few about the whole Hitler thing.
You see. This is my luxury. This is the luxury of the audience. The ability to look into someone’s life or an event and almost be a part of it without those events or peoples directly effecting the audience members life.
Where the people at the scene entertained? Maybe some of them, but most of them probably not. Were a lot of those people very entertained when they found out it was a hoax? VERY, I'd suspect. Not all of them, but a lot of them. Was I entertained and many other readers entertained? Yes. Like someone said following my previous statement, this is going to make one hell of a story to tell on Halloween for all those audience members.
I'm just going to hope you all are being a bunch of self righteous pigs who just want to raise a big fuss to make yourselves feel superior. If that's not the case- I feel really very sorry for you. Maybe you should get yourselves out of the entertainment biz? or pick up an "entertainment for dummies" book or two?
And come on, enough with the spelling and grammar corrections and making fun of the way people write. I remember last time I saw that sorta thing I was keeping a xanga and that was back in grade school. It’s a cheap ass coward’s way to make your self look/feel smart. If you were smart you would know that sort of thing doesn’t hold any weight in any argument unless it’s with your 4th grade English teacher. GROW UP.
