hey there guys
I have been giving thought to starting a festival here in Iceland. A comedy festival or a street performers festival or a childrens festival.
Anyone out there done this before and have any advice on how to start getting it together.
Ive worked at so many I feel I know how to make it a good one but I am worried that if I approach the wrong people I might find myself cut out of the production loop.
any ideas or advice would be welcome
