I'm assuming most local acts in and around Germany are busy working around the event and that much of this site is dominated by Nth Americans and Australasians that have not yet embraced the world game but hey, there is the rest of us. Questions have to be asked.



Who is Nick barracking for after immigrating to Australia? Is Gav still alive after Australia beat Croatia? Will this reflect badly on his legal problems? Did the Dutchmen commit ritual suicide as the Nederlands bowed out and (shudder) how did Jester react to Beckham's goal?

The Ausltralia-Croatia saw me on neutral territory in St. Johann Austria.
Almost triggered a divorce between the wife and I. I was planning to cheer for Croatia but given their generaly poor performance in previous games I switched to Australia who were playing the best football they had played in years.
An undeserved loss to Italy today from a bullshit penalty shot !!
They played the better game but lost to Italys superior acting abilities.

Shame.

My moneys on Spain-Argentina for the Final.

England should suffer a painful defeat.
Will I need to give back the passport now ?

those fucking wogs!!!! we lost by a academy award winning performance. too late in the game to even have a fair chance to retaliate and prove ourselves. It leaves a bad taste in the mouth.
However, if you are going to lose, losing to the most dodgy decision of the world cup is better than losing 2-0.

I was going to send back a firey response pointing out that 'WOG' actually refers to the Greek peoples, and that I wasn't sure which surprised me least... An Australian coming out with such A wonderfully racist and articulate one liner, or an Australian using the wrong racist term for the people he's describing...

However, I'm wrong.

2 WOGS

Originally a slang name for Chinese used in Australian Gold times. "Western Oriental Gentlemen" is now sometimes used to describe or classify teens/ young adults of Lebanese/Persian/Armenian/etc decent. Sterotypically W.O.G.S. wear baggy clothes and bling-bling . They usually use slang and have a loose way of speaking. bro and such words are used in every-day conversation and almost every male "wog" compares their ride.

"I saw a group of W.O.G.S. yesterday!" "Oh yeah, did you see Andrew?" "Nah, his parents are European, they aren't W.O.G.S."

My money has proved itself once again to be worthless now seeing that Spain just got knocked out by France ((for kim) Damn Frogs !)

My only bet left is against Germany-Brazil

Now I don't no where to turn. I cheered my lungs out in the hope that Ghana would beat Bazil(they have croatian trainer) but alas Brazil has not had a goal scored against them sice the last world cup so what chance does anyone have against them ?
I don't know who to cheer for any more.
Perhaps I go for Portugal to win against Argentina for the Final.
I'm just sick of all the brazil hype now.
