This just in:
Another attempt to kill the circus. When they tried this in Denver, camels became exotic and horses were ignored!
Dear Friends & Family:
I call upon you for your help in an urgent matter.
Here are some specifics on the bill that will be discussed on
Tuesday, Nov. 15 at the State House in Boston. The hearing is at 10
am, Room A 1 on the first floor of the State House.
Senate Bill, No. 1840 "for legislation to prohibit the use of exotic
animals in traveling shows and circuses"
"AN ACT PROHIBITING THE USE OF EXOTIC ANIMALS IN TRAVELING SHOWS AND
CIRCUSES"
"It also would ban the use of animals in any 'Traveling shows."
As Many of you know the use of animals in traveling shows is a vital
part of my business.
Please understand that there are USDA animal welfare and state
fish and wildlife inspections and regulations in place that
guarantee the proper handling of our animals. There is absolutely
No need for a total ban.
We are being told that this is a very big issue right now and the
people pushing for passage are well organized.
Below is a list of e mails for Massachusetts senators that will be
at this hearing Next Tuesday. Please E mail as many as you can and
tell them you are oppose senate bill 1840 the ban on exotic animals
in traveling shows. We really need to get some phone calls, emails,

Thank you in advance for your help in sending the message asking
them Not To support the proposed ban.
Sincerely,
Lance Gifford
