I'm in LA and want to do shows

I don't care if they're super money-makin' shows. I want to have fun. Don't want to do street.

    Contacts? Ideas? Thank You?

Third Street Promenade or CityWalk up at Universal Studios...

Third Street has a license you'll need, call Santa Monica City Hall... L & I Dept.

City Walk was great once... now I don't know. Auditions are through the Special Events dept.

Venice has become dicey indeed, but go on down and ask the performers you DO see there... Brooks and Venice Boardwalk... center of it all until about three or four years ago.

    Good Luck!

        good club

        Scot,
Check out the Comedy and magic club in Hermosa Beach. It's a great place. They use variety acts as the middle spot on a three act bill. I am pretty sure Mike Lacy still books the club.
        Good luck,
        Dan

Uhh, Mike Lacey just had his gala anniversary, and he treats his performers right.

Tuesday nites at the Laugh Factory... open mike... but Jamie Masada actually watches and promotes anyone exceptional.

          Sorry so stupeed.

I'd split the cost of a theatre to put up an indoor show...

if only people came out to see theatre in LA.
