    ON THE TOPIC OF SWEAT

an interesting side fact i learned while employing a personal trainer a couple of years back... the better shape your body is in - the MORE you sweat while excercising.

    isn't that odd?

      Yes. That is.

Actually I do sweat, what I meant was, I don't get out of breath. Mind you, I wheezed a lot when I smoked. Dumb habit.

            actually - it was.

i am unique in the fact that i don't have an addictive personality. i can start and stop things whenever i like with little stress or dysfunction.

and, one day (after wheezing like a dying giraffe for an hour after running) i decided that i no longer needed to smoke.

i threw my cigs away and never thought twice about it.

when i am really intoxicated i will try and bum a smoke off someone... but, in general i'm pretty intollerant of smoke, smokers, the smell of smoke around me... and, i hate it when i hang with my friends who are heavy smokers... as i can smell stale cig smoke a mile away & hate having it on my hair/clothing...

            yuck-pooey.
            (as my niece would say.)

edit: the only thing i've ever been remotely addicted to is coffee. and, even there - i only experiance the withdraw issues for a day or two...

it's odd - because, addiction runs rampant in my family. i feel blessed that i've never had those problems.
