    Dollar vs Euro

All Right, which is it? What does the international busker prefer: the Dollar or the Euro? Does the 500 Euro lend it self to Oragami cranes? Have you ever found yourself swalling money?

"The dollar's decline against the euro shows no sign of ending.
Clearly, currency traders have made a long-term judgment about the
relative value of the currencies of the Old and New Worlds. That
sounds bad enough. But now there are signs that we're losing some of
the most devoted fans of the greenback: drug dealers, Russian

    xenophbia by any other name

Any journalist that uses term like "Old and New Worlds" when describing socio economics should have their fingers superglued together so they can no longer write such crap. This is nothing more than watered down anti-European, pro-American xenophobia. If the guy had any real balls he would just come out with it and say he hates France or something. But I'd be willing to bet when he searches for antiques he always goes for the oldest and rarest piece he can find...

As for your question Stretch, the dollar is obviously taking a beating at the moment. Trouble is, Bush wants it that way. It is no accident the dollar is so weak, and it is also no accident that he squandered the biggest surplus ever, turning it into the biggest deficit. A broke public, struggling just to eat, is much easier to manipulate. And so long as he (or folks like him) are in control it will stay that way. So it makes sense to me to follow suit with those in the know, and get out of any dollar committments you might have, and switch over to precious metals, or even oil futures. Bush is, you can believe that!
