I would like to wish everybody, (including the people who hold me in their utmost contempt,) a very peaceful and pleasant Christmas.
I hope you are all able to be with the people you love, able to love and where appropriate make love to those people.
I hope that the gifts you gave were recieved and that the gifts you recieved were given, with love.
I hope that you all have a prosperous new year, with wonderful audiences, nice hats, good vibes and spiritual fulfillment in the year that follows.
Some people find Christmas a very sad and painful time, some people find it lonely. This is because we have such high romantic expectations that when it is not possible to live up to them, the disappointment enhances the pain which somehow seems more pronounced at this time of year.
The only thing I can't grant is my silence (I know, I'm the guy that makes a right minded liberal advocate censorship) but as a good will gesture from the jester I will grant you 7 Days of my silence on this network. Make the most of it.
