      They have some really good points in that article Chance. Its true tho, if we busk and have to pay a permit(I never do ) then why dont we get a permit for talkin. Its on the public streets where by law is a place where you are entitled to yur freedom. Beauricrats , thanks for bringin that to my attention, I never thought of it that way!!
