pickled brothers name ripped off?

ok, so there are very few things that make frack mad (most of them involve hippies). this one looks like it is going to be one of those things that might piss frack off. anyway an acquantance of fracks was searching for the www.pickledbrothers.com (hint hint, sign the guestbook) website but instead they typed in www.picklebrothers.com and found another website. these guys look an awful lot like they are going to be a new sideshow circus starting up? and frack is just kind of curious as to who these people are and did they rip off the pickled brothers name. the pickled brothers have been around for a few years and the sideshow community is pretty small so finding it hard to believe that someone could come up with a name like that and not know aboot us. does anyone have any idea who these people are, if they are a sideshow circus, and if the pickled brothers are getting there name ripped there? frack is pretty sure that anyone else here would be kind of upset if there name got stolen too. wouldn't be to cool to do the jim roose circus, or to become lizardboy. so can anyone help calm frack down here?

1. It is an off-shoot of the pickle family circus,

There are laws that govern intellectual property, even if it isn't a Registered trademark.
