Jeep. that car is ridiculous. Field of vision must get totally screwed up, how do you see stop lights?
definitely a unique sight!Comment

Wow!
That rig is crazy, even by Jeep standards. Is there a third axel or was all that business from the door on back just hanging there?
Let's see pix of the Jeepilac.Comment

This vehicle was a '73 ford ltd brougham. It had a 427 cobra jet engine with headers that came out and down the side It also had a rear axle with a "drag" axle, kinda like a tandem axle. That is it had 6 wheels on the back. It was widened to 7and1/2 ft stretched out to 25 ft. long then all the original Ford trunk, fenders and bumpers were added back on stretched to the 7 and a half width. It was three levels on the in side with full kitchen and full bath that included a porcelain tub and toilet. It also had sadlight TV It weighted in at 11,600 lbs. I'm not sure how fast it would go , the speedometer would only go to 120mph and that was in 2nd gear with a 4 speed transmission. This car was really fast. This car won the Conch cruiser of the year award in Key West in 2003 or some time there about.
I'll try and find some pictures of the Jeepalac. That was also a 73 coupe de ville Cadillac with a house built on the back. That was a fun car as well and had it's own history That I will share when I find the pictures that are stashed in the trash compacter in the parking lot where I live. This car also won the conch cruiser of the month award in '89 in Key West. I traveled across the country east coast to west coast busking 13 times in it before it died a violent death in '91 in Orlando, fl. I built this car in '86 in Wyoming. And then there's the 38 ft. bus with the 15,000 Dollar paint job that took 2 states and 6 months to complete...
Now I have a bicycle with a side car on it that's a lot of fun. I built it in Aspen Colorado '95.I made the front page of the Aspen times in it the first time I rode it down the street."Mo Money" was in the side car.I call it my Hardly Davidson!
