Here is the situation:
Agent A tells me that he is working on a bid for an upcoming show, and that he wants to include me. Later, agent B tells me that he is working on a bid for an upcoming show, and that he want to include me. Turns out, they are both bidding on the same show.
Question:
Is it OK to quote a price for the spot with both agents as long as I give them the same price? Do I have an obligation to choose one over the other? It seems to me that I shouldn't tell one agent about the other, yet I have to give them both answers.
There are no exclusive agreements in place nor any extenuating circumstances that complicate things.
Ideas? Thanks.
