    Mail Box Swamped

    My main mailbox is swamped with those Swen Worm messages. Iuse Internet Explorer 6 as my browser. Yahoo mailbox, WindowsXP.I have a firewall turned on.
    Can anyone tell me in SIMPLE language how to fix the problem?

          When we bought our new machine the guy who built it installed "Spam Assassin". Whilst it doesn't totally block spam, it does identify over 90% of it. You still have to delete the crap but I've found Spam Assassin accurate enough that now I just delete anything that comes to it's attention.
