Yes a real bunch of traitors..........

They go out of their way to do the shit and then take it else where
Warren Zevon and try to start a fresh life very boring like the royals. The guys who have tryied to push me to the limits and have made me more resiliant and more prepared to put everything the way it is in the book.

Lets hope I dont end up all mangled up in Paris somewhere?

Collusion combined with traitors mixed with friendship dont go together do they?

Those kind of people love make some-ones life a misery and then avoid the issue when they feel hard done by! In the though some-one always get the upper hand.

He wrote the book and got it published and like I said further down on this thread I will publish a book then they can call me
a traitor might as well be honest about the hat in the song too.

Say how much money gets made sometimes and tell the truth instead of hiding it like the rest of the Royals.

Traitors amongs friends are not the best to have around you and it's usullay the traitors that get nothing in the end history wise.

Tell the truth that whats I say, why should I hid e the real facts.

Thats what makes a good song.

Not going to hide anything including the HAT money part of it "Why divert "?

Some of the performers got rich by the hat alone.

Could be the first line of the song!

Then it could be:

But the taxman didn't know or couldn't prove it?

And it's about time that a team with an aquatic creature for a mascot took the Series. Anybody know how long it's been since that happened?

Subject: FW: GOOD LINE DONT DELETE IT ( Trust and the world as we know it?)

Sometimes you wonder who you can trust?
The two princes now must be wondering?
Why the closest friend the butler of Princess Dianna
would write a book about the real royals and their antics
towards Princess Dianna.

The question is that the two royal princess would
ask would probably go like this: "Just who can we trust"
then I would say "That for centuries the royals did all sorts of dirty deeds manipulating to qain access to the throne , choice of riches and control of it's country and people, Thus control leads to traitors and usually surrounds religion and beleif.

Then there's the most interesting point in my eyes would be that here we have two princes born into collusion and others born into something else, then after that you would have to accept that everything you are taught would make you who you are? or what your'e supposed to be in their eyes? If the two royal princes were at this stage in their lives then they woold be able to change the course of action in the future and have to realise that its the past that make you who you are now.

So while of of this takes place there were people in the the past a woman in cave by the river in Yorkshire ( Mother Shipton ) knaresborough who could see inot the future and once she said and wrote " One day great metal birds will fly" while in this day the supersonic passenger jets with pointed noses almost flying to outer space no longer fly.

The on that day our great big sun blows away gas tinto outer space and create such a stir, Some people they say can see into the future and I predict that whats evers coming our way is coming out of the sky. Sp from rags to riches rich to poor china becoming a super power from poor to rich we can all predict and do what we feel but every unchangable habit depicts our space in time, the past, the present and the future.

These days the rich and the people who turn their noses up at people must be really thinking who can you trust?

The question I would ask is:

Hello my musical friends, I am new here so I'd like to introduce myself to you. My name is Slope. A music lover from Rotterdam-The Netherlands. 26 years of age, been playing music ever since I remember, but it started getting serious somewhere in 1998, when I started playing the drums, and later on, somewhere in 1996/1997, when I bought my first PC and started using that to work out my ideas. Nowadays, I have a modest but effective home studio with a selection of hardware (you know: mixer, synths, sampler etc), a selection of software, a choice of mics and a whole lotta passion.

I do a lot of styles, I still play the drums, at least twice a week with my rock band NFS. We call it "ROTTERDAM-ROUND-THE-WORLD-ROCK", others will call it METAL...but groove-based. I do backing vocals here and written most of the lyrics so far. In my studio I am (what the artists call) a producer for vocalists such as rappers and (mainly lady)singers. Some drum n bass etc.

Please feel free to check some older material and quicky recordings on http://www.soundclick.com/slopetime

The newest, and serious material is all being saved up and performed across The Netherlands, untill the day that I can put together a nice little CD with my favourite tracks. My goal is a cd of which I can honestly say: This CD represents what I live for, my styles, my preferences. My taste is simply to various to be "Style-Bound"

Nice to meet y'all.

Now...this discussion I am stepping into now is a long one. Too long. I am at the moment at the office, and I think most of it is useless violence.

WHY? Because in my opinion there is enough hard talk and hate between people, and so often people just kick eachother in the face, just because of whatever reasons...which I do not want to know. I just know that a descent discussion...like real & honest people is hard to fin on forums lately. People all get in eachother hair and keep going and going.
My reason for coming into this discussion is because I happen to know Trevor for a few years now. He's a good guy, and not the motherfucking corporate asshole somebody called him here. Trevor is a hardworking man, doing a lot of things for people around Rotterdam, in many cases without any interest.

I for instance DON'T have the facilities to record a whole rockband at home. He does. I know he has been doing all kinds of things for all kinds of people, just because he's like that. No commercial winnings (or whatever winnings) for him there. Just a humanbeing being a human being.
I recall many conversations I had with him about mutual problems. The problems you can come across if you deal with a lot of musicians.

I have not read the entire discussion because it's too long and frankly...boring like ladies night at kindergarten. I just know Trevor doesn't diserve this. Although maybe, his reaction in the beginning could have been a little more 'diplomatic' ... I really don't see a reason to attack him like this. Because he is NOT the kind of guy to rip off people. People have ripped HIM off, like I've been ripped off too. These kinds of things make you harder and harder, and more serious...and eventually you become this creature with a business-type attitude. HE IS NOT LIKE YOU MAYBE THINK. I have become much worse :-) ... I had my own share of bullshit too, especially with artists in one specific musical style. But it made me stronger.

Sorry...I'm going off-topic.

Really guys, he just wants to achieve things he comes up with, of which some are brilliant, and I dare to say he does this for the right reasons. It's just that...jsut like with many things ... the lack of achievement or productivity is major due to THE LACK OF BALLS in music-land. People want it all...but they don't want to do what should be done. For instance: A real pro-attitude is hard to find...as long as you don't pay people for their efforts.

Some people just are always in attack-mode and really always see a half empty glass. I guess these people have either (1) been fucked over too many times by others, OR they are just (2) pathetic babies that just should stay home and avoid other people. I guess most of you musical friends are in 'category 1'.

Or is this just another forum with a few "house guests" that don't have a life outside the forum and just hook up with thier forum-friends as soon as one gives an opinion...no matter if you share that opinion or not?

Cause there's too many forums like that, and I just hope my guts are right and this is really a cool place to be.

I think I talked enough for my first topic on this site. I just wanted to give my opinion on Trevor Rooney and Deadwood Records in general...NOT to mingle in the discussion.

JUST GIVE EACHOTHER SOME MORE CREDIT!!

With the warmest regards,

Slope "call me Slope" Creations

Now about Trevor,

There is a lot more history to Trevor and this forum than this one thread. I would hope that we could all get along and converse maturely at all times, but Trevor has proven that he has a way of bringing out the negative side of several members of this forum. It's not just here, but in almost every other thread he's posted in as well as private email correspondence. He's a shit-stirrer. He appears to enjoy pushing buttons.

If he is as you say he is in your post, he has yet to prove it to anyone here. I hope that if he continues to participate, he can shape up and attempt to add something positive to this forum. If he continues to antagonize and troll through conversations, he will continue to be attacked by the people he offends. (And I would hope the people he offends would correspond privately with him to avoid long, drawn out, exhausting flame wars.)

Let's turn over a new leaf and act like adults.

Here Here Slope!
There are two types folks in this world
1. Those who wouldnt pee on you if you were on fire (regular forum members here me thinks or,
2. The type of person who would give you their last fiver (Trevor)
I have never know Trevor to be anything, but generous (to a fault mostly). I have seen him down to his last tenner and he will spend it on a beer for someone worse off. He has been ripped off, shit on and he still never gives up. He is full of energy and enthusiasm for something new. He has turned his hands to many things in the past and succeeded. What a shame Waddingtons games got bought out before that game was produced!!
He is good at winding people up thats for sure <wink wink>! He may not always be the most 'elequant' person here but he has more balls than the rest of you put together (and that includes professor willie)!
He never gives up a task and gives it 200%, and it really pisses me off to see him slandered like this.
I have seen it before and never said a word, but really, some of the people here need their bloody arses kicking!
Lets here some of THEIR ideas eh?? that should be interesting. Instead of all hiding together behind their little rock, they could actually do something positive with all that venom!
Ever heard of an olive branch?
Pah, whats the use. Trevor Rooney, I think some of the music is bloody good, and so do my mates - so stuff em!

What an en-lightening message on this forum, yes it does go to show you that there are people will give you credit for what you do instead opposite, makes you feel good that kind of stuff.

Like you say you have to work for your own reputation and since this forum started I have been working on the street song folowing some of the guide lines suggesed by one or two of the performers who gave their clever and good suggestions.

The ice cream van ( Greensleeves is being incorporated with the tune London Bridge is falling down falling down tune )

Trying to get a weird effect with a fair grownd sound in the back of it........... Some task, but it's getting there.

When I get a bit nearer I will insert it on the net for approval from the people who have already suggested text and ideas.

The drag queen aspect I like to so I will make it to suit some weird drag queen scene for the video with images of Rumpole, street performers, you name it. Even a horrible clown with the big red nose would do the trick for me yes an ( Evil Clown with a pair of tennis shoes in his hands ) Some dodgy agent on the phone? A song madhouse of real characters.... Any takers offering to do the the video out there?

From this point onwards I need some visual suggestions to help the song along it's way, Often the visual impressions in ones mind are the things that help the final picture in what will be a three to four minute song with lyrics.

Then an extended re-mix, plus intrumental version differenty cut to the rest.

Pin your ears to the ground!

More suggestions please!

There is a new song up-load at:

Street Queen 3 ( New Sample un-finshed with no vocal track for
attention, if any-one want to make comments on it then go right ahead I am very open to opinion! The ice cream wagon sound is in the intro
with Greensleeves.

More later.

Movie Intro

Rumpole arrives from the past

Go and listen to Time Stretched Around The Clock parts one and two.

You can go look at the movie intro, it's all part of the
same theme running in an out of the whole idea, Songs and
story go together.

The street song it's not finished yet but will be quite soon.

I am still awaiting some sensible lyrics and words for this song.
