Ok, now you've gone from being a subtle provocateur to just being obvious and boring.

No points for you. To quote Ferris Bueller's Day Off,"Rooney. . .pardon my French, but you're an asshole!"

Congratulations Trevor, this time you managed to go an entire 38 hrs and 47 minutes before you pointlessly abused some-one for their opinion.
Again I ask you what happened to the "Festival of Festivals" and the monies sent to you by members of this board to help fund the event. You are asking us to contribute to another project yet we don't know what happened with the last one.

        So far so good!

Apart from blatent time wasters there are some good things coming out
of all this, just a few little things that help me create some emotions regarding the concept of the musical aspect of the thread.

Yse folks music is about emotion it should represent attitudes good and bad thats what makes a good song! In my file sI have many track that have been produced in this studio for over three years.

Most of those who know me know that I am not sitting in the horrible
waiting lists to do shows on the various pitches on the planet. Some of you who dont know me probably think that I am doing this as a wind up.

Well if you think that then thats really your problem and definately not mine. I have tracks in here going to waste there are things in here that some of the Majors are asking for but still I refrain in handing them over. This I consider to be in a nice position rather than the opposite.

I have a band, some great and talented people around me who love the fact that I give my time up to make music that breaks the barriers, to make music that hopefully one day stands out in a crowd especially when it's up on the stage. In this studio there is access to over 67 musicians from all parts of the planet.

Living in Rotterdam is fab, it's a multi cultured city and thats whats makes the place special. For this purpose however the song I intend to produce is on THIS CONCEPT. A street song that says something to the outside world, a song that's happy and also sad combined. Thats one hell of a proposition but this is what it's going to be like.

There are recording and interveiws with some of the most amazing artist on th e planet, they have all given their open time up to sit in the studio and be recorded.... Great, Great Great.

Innyears to come some of these interveiws will be important they record events that will go down in history, they may even be worth something to the future generations, Just as this site of Jims will be!

Yes everything we do in the present is part of the future, everything every-one writes cannot be changed all of this shows our true characters.

Keep them post coming in and try to keep to the reason at hand! For those who agree that this might be a good idea then present some good words and lines they dont have to rhyme but they MUST say something to me, they must inspire me and make me feel good. There is nothing worse that bad feelings when your trying to create something very special.

Most of you know this if there are bad feelings on the pitch then then it rubs off on every-one not just one-self.

So with all of this so far I await more and more inspiration.

        Best Wishes

        Trevor Rooney

Trevor, I'm shocked. You mean to tell me that "Queenie" was just pulling our leg about the $5000 all along.
Glad to near the festival went well. Where and when did you hold it? Who did you book? I notice google cached the domain festivaloffestivals.com just hours ago. See http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=Festival+of+Festivals&bt nG=Google+Search
            Very curious indeed.

Tell me where you can get a specific song that says STREET MATE or am I stupid too?</strong><hr></blockquote>

At first I thought you were just some self-important corporate sellout who really didn't have a clue. I still think that, but I realize you're a pissy little fuck on top of it.

Steven Ragatz, although he probably doesn't know it, was one of the performers who inspired me to give this street performing thing a whirl. While others have been cynical, he has been consistently earnest and encouraging.

You have belittled and mocked virtually everyone who has posted here. I checked - there have been two genuinely helpful posts on this thread, and his was one of them. If you're going to viciously go after someone, lend those of us who resent what you're doing the respect to make it us you attack.

You slimy son of a bitch, I just can't believe how profoundly rude you have been - you have taken that word to new hights for me. I mean rude like it's a swear word.

You have no legitimacy here. Take your petty insults and disregard for human dignity and shove them up your ass. I'm done with this thread.

Yep I am well aware of the helpfull comments on this thread and they are being put to good use let me tell you.

If I get hounded then I will hound back if you dont like it?

Really I have been nice to you! I ahve already said that you are a good writer and you should make good use of your skills.

I presume you dont like the little kids and the apple thing?

"You aint nothing but a hound dog"

But as you can imagine there are a some people out there who
love to cause stir, maybe there a better topic to go to, with something more interesting to do, Have fun where-ever you go and please dont come back.

It's a bloody good job that I know how to handle shit like this, if I were not a performer then I would be crying my eyes out by now.

Got to learn how to handle the shit if your'e going to survive on this planet.

I would feel sorry for any newie to come onto something like this if they had to deal with some of the assholes around and about?

Go to the chemist and buy some tranquilisers mate or buy some sleeping tablets and dream on.

                    Trevor

if you read the posts you'd find that people like Bogle, Steven, Peter, Jim, Stephon and others actually have helpful input/topics/advice. I'd agree with Bogle here, this post isnt worth following up, because regardless of what advice is offered, you stumble blindly through it with the elegance of a drunk choking on his own vomit.

The reference to drown the clown was that you are just an instigator, noone really cares what you say, its just stupid to get people riled up to make you a buck. You're really not one of the better attractions, which is why eventually people opt for higher quality rides.

An extract from an email that Loony Toons sent me about 30 mins ago.
I now have 3 addresses in my "Blocked Email" file and 2 of them are Trevor's.

"I ahve never taken any money from any performer nor have I taken money from
the Board as you call it????? What board in any case?

To me performers .net iis not the palce where yopu would ever obtain money
so i dont know where you got this feeling from."

The few that have been on here have been pretty negative from the beginning? In fact I would go out of my way to say that they have been pretty dammned rude. Despite some of the good and positive thoughts READ between the lines.

If I had been dealin with some of the other profesionals who " Know me" for who I really are then there would have been more better and interesting thoughts coming out.

I asked for a song to be written and the only song I hav ehere is that of a whole load of sad peoole who seem to have nothing else better to do than "Try" to find a way to change the scene to suit themselves "For what-ever reason that may have been" What this has shown me is that the street isnt what it used to be?

This is something that shows by the way you return your lovely compliments. Yes some of you have been great and the rest of you are really sad fucks. Its no wonder there are many dropping out of the scene. If you treat people like some of you have done me on this treat then I presume that I have a right to hold those responsible in contempt.

In this world you have to hold your own no matter what the concequences! Even if you have to be rude to get your message across then so be it.

Like I said there isnt anything stopping e from making a song with all of this in mind and beleive you me I will do it whether any of you like it or not.

To be honest I did give two sad fucks wheter any of you guys like any of the music I make here in the studio. Nothing has ever stopped me before. It's just like the shows I do my show you do yours!

Whether i like your show or nor makes no difference you will do it in any case despite any critism or ramblings.

One point I should point out that in my case I have witnessed many different shows in the past and I have had lots of themmguys actually ask me what they think of their shows face to face.

Innhtese cases if I didn't think the show was that good I have always been polite and found ways of saying things that were polite and performer freindly, even to the extent where I have given advice when it's been asked of me.

So over the years I have pulled some of the biggest crows you could ever imagine, created mayhem on the pitches with assholes who love to try and pull you down, make you feel = unwelcome and generally try to make your life a misery.

Not only this I have seen other nice performers who ave been down on their knees by been treated with the same respect that some of you so called proffessionals have shows on this thread.

To any of you who have acted in this manner i have to say that you are not really wortht the ground you stand on. least alone I would honestly say and I wont take my words back those who do act like this
should really buck their ideas up! beacause if you dont thennyour'e going to come un-stuck in the end some-where along the line for sure.

Oh yes I can write all day and I can do things that some of you dont do thats what i consider to be something that MAKES ME stand out in a crowd as me!

Thats why Trevor Rooney is Trevor Rooney I am who I am and I form my impressions by other peoples attitudes not by mine.

Just bloody hard luck for any of you who likes to try to push me to the limits and TRY to make me look the FOOL. Its easy for me to say such stuff on the net and it's just as easy for me to say these things to you face to face if I have to "No problems there"

This I feel is one of the main reasins why guys like you cannot handle an experienced " Asshole like me" or should I say to hand le some-one who knows how to match the likes of SOME OF YOU!

Really it doesnt bother me at all with what the nasty ones think it's one big merry go round and some jump on it and some dont.

Best know you have met you match and really if you really knew what was really going on here then you may in the end just regret your words. At some point in th future you will wish that you kept yourselves on a more friendy path.

As a performer who knows many of the most amazing guys in the world on a friendy basis I really think that some of you on this thread are not worth any salt at all even in the publics eyes.

If the public really saw any of this they would be probably ashamed of you for causing such un-needed friction, lack of respect, and blatent rudness to a true professional that actually does care about the fraternity.

Yes all of you go to hell and be ashamed of yourselves like on eof the artist said none of you are worth the trouble. Your all just a waste of time. In fact an infant could write better lyrics.

God know show any of you manage to compose your own shows? let alone attempt to present any respect for you fellow artists, the old school.

If it were not for the old school and our total resoect of the street then none of you would be wanting to do it in the first place!

Sooner or later there will be change on the streets, it has already stared to take place, there is no room for people who spend all their lives with feelings of hatred and diquised friendlyness.

You the bad one swill never ever be able to fool the good guys with you pretence of I'm only trying to help? Bullshit really you know your actions and you know where this thread started!

It came in as a nice treat for any who would hav eliked to be involved it did not intend to be getting to this stage at all? Many of you asked for this response and you definately have my true feelings here,,this is the way I feel about some of the " So called artists" who have responded in such a pathetic way that I really beginning to wonder what the street must have done to you?

Is life so bad that all those what I consider to be the bad guys, then ones with attitude problems and wish only to be heard and seen.

If the steet and its lovely artist are going this way then in the future I wish you all the best of luck and I'm so glad I did it when I did as it never used to be like this in the past, despite what any of you might consider it be be like now.

Innmy days in the past the strete and it's people were kind and nice to each other now it's just turned into a bittersweet memory where the nice stuff lingers in the mind and this kind of shit can go to the scrap heap where it belongs.

Take it or leave it I dont care what the assholes think and I considered that those who placed positive input into this thread were and are worth their salt and weight in gold. Those who did not and are prepared to bring up the past without any real knowlege of it must be spending all their lives writing like tigers to pounce and attack when-ever they get the oppertunity.

Sad fucks is the right word for any person who wishes to do this and nice people in my life I can be toatlly content with deep down inside.

Karma will aways catch you up in the end if you do bad stuff you always get it back sooner or later and I have learn this lesson well OUT of the performance world in real life.

Some of you wont be getting any flowers from me on your graves thats for certain. This is something I have now gotten off my chest I dont care about thebaddies on this site, I'm only interested in nice people so if you are one then step forward and let it all out.

Just to let you all know; we've been through this before. Back in the beginning of this forum, Trevor had some fun with several members here. Things got a bit ugly at times, but no one really got hurt and no one was banned from posting (although I came very close a few times.)

Some people are good at pushing people's buttons. When you add the power of internet forums to performer egos, you get flames that take forever to extinguish. Please be careful and don't take this thread or others like it too seriously.

This is taken from the web dictionary:

troll - An outrageous message posted to a newsgroup or mailing list or message board to bait people to answer. Trolling is a form of harassment that can take over a discussion. Well meaning defenders can create chaos by responding to trolls. The best response is to ignore it. Also, the person who posts such messages.

                            Your Host,
                            Jim
