January 9th 1970

What on earth is going on ...

Yes I have an outside fire inside and a inside, outside...

.It is cold when it should be warm and the darkness surrounds me early .

I'm eating porridge for tea and chops at brekky... All seemed normal 'till I logged on to Pnet...

It said the date ....JAN 9th 1970...

    Has Jim lost it ?

Had the twin towers been built by then ?

    What was Pier 39 ?

    Is it a Philidelphia experiment?

    Where was The Butterfly ?

Mabye I'll ingest some readybrek and stick my head in the microwave,,,,,,,

It's either your computer's internal clock or the server of your internet provider. It's reading fine for me. The date on the front page is a javascript thing that sticks the date from your time zone onto the displayed page. I can't remember if it grabs the date from your own computer or from the server of your internet provider. I think it just takes it from your hard drive. Check your settings. You have a mac, right? Look under "Date and Time" in the control panel or system prefs. You may have to reset it. Or maybe the internal battery on your computer is dead and not keeping time when you shut down. If that's the case, it's pretty cheap to fix.
