Bomb Scare
US street performer Rick Miller has caused his 3rd bomb scare in Melb. in as many days.
Seems Rick, who does a statue and magic act, has a habit of chaining his props case to a telegraph pole whilst he takes breaks. This occassion it was in the middle of the massively crowded Bourke St. Mall which was evacuated and blocked off (shutting down a large part of Melbourne's public transport system) for over an hour. He was only able to retrieve his gear from the police after considerable hassle.
