I know of a video editor in San Fran named Chris Odell. He's really smart and is in the whole Paul Nathan underground arts thing. Go to www.fractalvideo.com. He edited my video, in a flash with limited footage for a low price. If he had time and good stuff to work with, I'm sure he could make your dream video. It's his life.
