frack is sick, cheer the frack up

ok folks, here frack sits, puking all day long. the worst are the dry heaves. frack went to bed feeling good, and two hours later woke up puking - alot. anyone got a good or funny story to cheer frack up? maybe when frack gets well whoever else is sick can come and read these and cheer up to. laughter is the best medicine.

well right when frack thinks he's feeling well goes and tries to eat. frack is in san antonio right now so had to go get a taco from taco cabana (anyone who hasn't tried one of these if you ever come here or around here where ever they sell them, try them). but anywho, frack ate aboot half of one was filled up, then five minutes later up it came. liquids are staying down no problem, guess frack just pushed it to much. but it tasted good coming up. and yes frack knows aboot the b.r.a.t diet and all that stuff just decided to push it cause was craving a taco and got to taste it twice for the price of one, woohoo. but going to take it easy tomorrow on the food and not push it no matter what craving.

You want a laugh to cheer yourself up?

But when you ate the taco, you already had a bit of a "liquid laugh".

Sounds like you could feature this in your show.

Just step out in front of your crowd, yell, "Yep! Yep! Frack Attack!" and whurf into a bucket. That way, you can actually benefit from feeling pukey. Botulism would be a desired state! Hell, think what you'd save in electricity bills by not using refrigeration!
