I'm still in the process of developing my acts, and I want you guys's (did I say that right??)opinions. I went to NYC a couple of months ago and saw some performers in the subway. They did just about anything. I even saw a few singers (not all of them were too good), and a rapper. I was thinking hey, I can carry a tune and I can act, what it I sang a few songs while staying in some sort of character? I can interact with the audience, then later sing for them. I trying a few voices out, and I made this character that sings and talks kind of like a mixure of Betty Boop and that annoying girl-character from Singing in the Rain (You know what I mean.)I was thinking kinda like a comedic solo. What do you guys think? Is it workable?
