Robin G,
Debbie is absolutely right 100%.The Ink that is used comes as Black, but you have to realise is that there is no such thing!Black is a dark dark dark dark blue or green!Black is a myth.
So really my man,I am totally blue!100%
The pigment that the tattoo ink comes from is from a bark of a tree.
It is not toxic like all other colours that have a metal conponent in it.In lage doses it can lead to toxic poisoning and sometime death.
There have been some cases, and it is not good.
Alot of the tattoo ink suppliers get it approved by a government body and it has to be to a standard, but some companies in the US,not mentioning any names do not fit the approval, but tattooist use it as it is really really bright colours.
Some tattooist would much rather tattoo a really brightly coloured tattoo on there client, rather than think of the health consiquences.
Ask any artist on the planet,ART is a dangerous job and pass time and comes with some huge health issue's!
The Ink that covers my whole boby is non toxic, and I am really heathy anyway, and I have had no illness so far,or side affects.
I hope I have explained a little to answer your question's!It is a huge can of worms that is still waiting to open in the tattoo industry.
7 days till the record is broken!
