You are so cynical, Stephon. Not every thing we would like to hype ourselves about is contected to crass commercial success or media slatterny.

Scot, when the nail sticks into something you've set up, as the video hints, you could have something in your other hand that the nail either pins (say an Ace of Spades, if you do cards) or you throw something to hang on the nail (any thing from a juggling ring to a coat hanger with your T-shirt on it). If the nail doesn't stick into something, pls ignore the above until it does

      Anyway, like the clip.

DIY Network. for a program block called "Nailed at Nine"

We also shot a version where I throw a clock in the air, then a hand full of nails and I knock three of them out of the air. One of them goes through the clock, breaks the glass and hangs it on the wall

              No harm done.

Besides, the advantage of being cynical is that when you're right you feel justified, and when you're wrong you are pleasantly surprised (or you can claim it was just a fluke--but that's really cynical).

Man, people just keep on raising the bar around here... HOW did you get the nail in the wall?

hoax? It's not a hoax. I have practiced that trick for 6 years.

If you don't believe me, call hax. Ask him.

It just completely blows my mind is all. Somedays, you wake up, flip on the computer, then you see something like that and think "You know, today, I should really just kill myself and get it over with".

Instead you go out to an unheated room and work through the numbness for the first half hour and then when you have control of your fingers again juggle until your arms are so tired that you can't properly grip objects.

What I'm trying to say, is that you're crazy tricks are an inspiration to me.

Seriously? I thought the nail flipping was a special effect. You did that for real?

                          That's really impressive!

Oh, yeah. The nail was computer graphics. The hammer was real though.

Seriously? I thought the hammer was claymation. You held that for real?

Hey Scot, just saw the DiY commercial on my TiVo, including the clock bit.

                                Looks great. Congratulations!
