What effect will George Dubya have on street performing? Easy, no one will ever again receive a ticket, a fine or a night pondering their career choice in a jail cell. From now on the punishment for performing with out a permit will be DEATH BY LETHAL INJECTION!

Wear a bomber jacket, look as dumb as you possibly can, talk exceptionally slowly, bat your elyelashes and convey a mental age of three years old. Then tell your audience that you are performing for all Americans, not just the ones that voted for you. Tell them that by the end of the show all rifts will have healed, the cold war will have been rekindled and naturally, and economic depression is on it's way because America has a Republican Government.
