Sideshow style performers for gig in Ottawa

I need a couple of sideshow style performers for a gig in Ottawa on Aug. 22-24. I would prefer people form Eastern Canada, but also may be able to take people from the NY/NJ area. I will be driving up from Seaside Heights, NJ on the 21st.
