MD, DC, VA - Needed: Childrens Party Entertainers and Clowns

Hello,

I am looking for childrens entertainment:

Party clowns/Birthday clowns
- for strolling
- with a show
summer picnic entertainers
Face painters
Balloon Twisters
Costume Characters
Dancers

To be honest, I am a bit tired of dealing with some of the current entertainers I have in these areas. My party clowns are asking for too much money, and they are not what I want to send out to my events. I would love a clown that wants to entertain kids, and enjoys doing a party. And they need to KNOW how to be a clown, not just dress up like one.

Pay:
$50-$100 an hour for strolling clowns
$100-$200 for a 45-60 minute clowning show
$50-$100 per hour for Face painters and balloon artists

I simply would like good solid kids party entertainers for active and constant work in the Maryland, DC, Virginia areas.
