Street performers wanted for music festival in NS
The New Glasgow Jubilee is looking for a few good street buskers for its outdoor music festival in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia August 3-5th.
Over the three days, we attract between 10,000 and 15,000 to our main stage venue, which operates from 7am until 12 midnight. This would be more family/adult type of show.
Our day time venue, Carmichael Park operates on the afternoons of Aug 4 and 5, and is a more kid-friendly atmosphere.
The festival will provide accommodations and transportation to and from accommodation to the event.
The Jubilee presented its first street performers to the festival in 2011, and were a great hit. We would like to build on this for 2012.
