First of all you should like house, techno, hiphop, electronic music in general (funkagenda, tiesto, avicii, afrojack etc.) If you don’t like this kind of music you’re not going to have much fun with this.

Second of all you should have a little stability, we’re not looking for people desperate for cash, or just for one off gigs, we don’t want gypsy types who are just passing through. The goal is to build a solid production and name, with a small group of performers. This will take a little time to achieve. This is not an immediate per hour paying gig.

You should be Professional minded, Talented and Creative and be prepared to rehearse a couple of times a week. Anything good takes time to build.

You should not have a huge artistic chip on your shoulder. Compromise creates a group, Ego does not.

You should be prepared to push the envelope, socially, politically, creatively, sexually. We are not looking for straight laced types. A little bit of inner Anarchist goes a long way.

Would be good but not essential if you have some musical skills, can be vocals, guitar, piano, sax, bongos, digerido, etc. and like / be able to perform live. You don’t have to be Eric Clapton, but musicals skills would be an asset.

Oh yeah, and if you want to stay in the confines of your hometown, this probably won't work for you either. The idea is to build something that can tour extensively.

Well as a baseline let's just agree that everyone is insecure.
Also that we are derivative tribal apes and social cues are hard-wired into us.

Given this there are exactly 4 types of people in the world.

1.) People who know what they are doing.
2.) People who seem to know what they are doing.
3.) People who pretend to know what they re doing.
4.) And people who don't know what they are doing.

Most of the human race is composed of the fourth category, which is why the figures in the categories above them claim their attention and allegience.

Now in the above there are 5 ' you should' statements, there are two further softer 'you shoulds' that are fairly obvious that follow on.

This is one doozy of an alpha prattle. It's not about whats offered, which in it's vague entirety is this

noting also the immediate disclaimers should you think for a nano second it's about you and what you might gain.

so the question is...Is this person

1.) A person who knows what they are doing?
2.) A person who seems to know what they are doing?
3.) A person who pretends to know what they re doing?

The obvious answer is that they seem to know what they are doing. They are asking the internet for various individuals with specific skills to contact them about a project that has no immediate recompense and subtexturally also demanding a certain psyco-sexual authority in the request that that usually personal aspect of mosts personalities be part and parcel of the groups construct.

So....Give me your skill-sets and your sexual availability as preconditions and meet me in one of two major global cities for prolonged rehearsals.

I offer nothing specifically other than giving meaning to your life. The inference being should you wish to evacuate your present locality and whisk your wiggly wee bodies towards the cities I have named, in order to put yourself under my uncontested and unforthcoming leadership, to embark on a journey in sound and movement and sexual politics that I am in control of. If you enjoy as many do being told what you should and shouldn't do while delusively believing you are investigating a concept commonly known as 'freedom'

on one level this person 'seems' to know what they are doing in the sense that they fish for certain types of souls efficiently.
