Do you pay travel costs and pay the performers?

When they contacted me last year, they offered travel, but not a payment. I would have done it if it wasn't too close to the holidays for me.

Victor Rubliar did it a couple of years ago and had a positive experience. Maybe ask him?

I've had an email from this one and there is no payment, no travel costs, no hope of making a bean from busking Indian students. You will get 4 days accommodation and food and that's your lot.

According to the emails I got from them, they only pay for travel and accomodation once you get to India. No travel there nor pay for the job itself.

I think that means no travel expenses, no performing fee. But I think "technical requirements" means they will buy you a new unicycle, amp + wireless mic and juggling equipment.
