The Lab is open to performers from different creative genres and techniques inspired by Physical Theatre as a bold, vibrant and multidimensional approach to contemporary theatre performance.
Programme: performer's physicality in the methods of Stanislavsky, Meyerhold and M.Chekhov, Meyerhold's Biomechanics Etudes, Tai-chi for actors, Training by Method of Improvisation, Scene Composition from exercises to performance.
Registration: To apply for participation, candidates should send a brief cover letter and CV/resume with photo to Project Coordinator Ivan Rosenthal at opalhouse.gte@gmail.com
You can apply now at the reduced early registration fee.
The fee covers participation in the intensive practical training, lectures and discussions.
The group forms quickly and on a competitive basis.
Work languages are English and Italian.
