The 2011 Waterloo Busker Carnival is now accepting applications for roving acts. If interested, please send an email to performers@waterloo-buskers.com with a link to your website, pictures/video of your roving act as well as festivals you've performed at in the past.

This year's festival takes place between August 25 - August 28.
