Munich Beer Festival

Anyone going to the Munich Beer Festival 20h Sept till 4th October and has any info on accomodation...not sure if this is the correct forum for this post...
Any info though wou;d be helpful

there is camping just out side town, you can take the Ubahn, near the zoo. Have your own tent, be preparied for rain and cold, and bring your own toilet seat as they take them away during the fest along with the toilet paper,HA HA!. In town, like backpackers, you dont have much hope. If you have a van you can pay to park at the capsite as well or there is a great spot near the english gardens.Good luck, and have fun!

Thanks Caisiy for the input...it looks as though it may not happen now, but Ill have one last try re accom. Also concerned over it being a money making proposition
