Tottenham Carnival & Festival, Saturday 21 June 2003, promises to be a bigger and better event then last year. With two stages, food, drink, stalls, a carnival parade which leads from Seven Sisters road N15 to Bruce Castle Park, Lordship Lane N17 and much more, the event cannot fail to entertain you.
