Prosser' s Street Painting Festival

WE are looking for street performers at our street painting festival the third weekend in June 2003. We receive local and out of town visitors for this event. It would be a great place for anyone wishing to practice their street act. We do encourage tipping, selling CD's and advertising themselves and other events.
