    Western Australia-Bunbury

Bunbury - Western Australia a City just south of Perth, Western Australia has a number of festivals, activities & markets that require buskers/ street performers throughout the year but mainly from Nov/Dec through to April.(our summer period). If you are travelling in the area and wish to busk or present your skills to us please contact me at the email address provided. We are currently developing our cultural activities and would love to consider new international or local performers/buskers/entertainers.

Bunbury is a beautiful young city surrounded by sea, beaches & friendly dolphins. It has a glorious cafe strip, great shopping & nightlife. So if Bunbury is in your travel itinary please give us a call, if not make sure you visit us anyway!

      Bunburys worth the effort.
Perth, australia is the most isolated city in the world and Bunburys an hour or so from there so there will be effort involved.
Its a new and growing place with a really good new performance arts center and central area on a lagoon where they put on stuff for the community regularily.
The council are right into street performance and they have one or two big gigs where they include all perths performers and whoevers available a year.
They pay decently and treat you well.
The mayor's probably changed but he used to be the sort of person who'd come up for a chat.

Hey Martin, I'm not sure, but I think maybe you are confusing Bunbury with Mandurah. I've never heard about all the street peformers in town going to Bunbury.
Give it a go anyway Steve, as long as they have some money for you.

          Gazzooks you're right.
We were actually both there together at mandura at an evening gig.
And then that misdirected firework took out my left frontal lobe and you leaned over and said, "martin, do you know where you are?"
          and I said "bunbury"
And you said 'Its ok everyone, he's fine."
So how fars bunbury from perth?
Wagins the furtherest south village isn't it.
Is it between perth and margerets river?
          Thanks for the correction,
