kid's birthday party entertainment???

Saw this ad on Craigslist in Orlando, and was very surprised to find out that this was for a 7 year old girl's birthday party. Did anyone out there ever have a birthday party like this as a kid???

"We are looking for a midget available Saturday April 12th to be the main attraction in a midget tossing game. There will be more than sufficient padding and a very safe harness provided. We are looking for a short, light in weight midget as this is a game for children. Buzz Lightyear costume is a plus! Please respond with salary requirements and a full body snap shot.
